After exiting through the toll plaza you need to go to Lehigh Station Road and make a left to go west on Lehigh Station Road.
To do this you initially follow the I-390 North ramp. However, after making almost a complete circle you must keep to the right to avoid actually taking I-390 North. Refer the this detail map. I have highlighted in red the exit ramp to Lehigh Station Road.

Take Lehigh Station road across West Henrietta Road (route 15) until Lehigh ends at East River Road.
Turn left to go south on East River Road.
Shortly after you cross over the NYS Thruway turn right on to Erie Station Road. After you go over the river you go up a hill to a traffic light.
Go straight across at the traffic light (the street is now North Road).
After about one half mile turn right on to Browns Road, first road on the right.
Go north on Browns Road about one half mile. Bear left at the top of the hill on to Reed Road.
Go only about 500 feet on Reed Road.
Bear left slightly to turn on to Sheffer Road. If you miss this turn you will go under the NYS Thruway at the "graffiti bridge".
Driveway is on your right about 500 feet after the tracks. There is an Evergreen Stables sign at the entrance. Please drive all the way to the barns in the back. There is plenty of parking there.
